Built with industry-leading carbon fiber technology, including Felt's own UHC Advanced carbon material for a lightweight and responsive chassis, the Decree 1 frame kit offers you the chance to build your dream trail bike. With 140mm of rear travel and the ultra-efficient FAST suspension system, the Decree 1 is equally adept at leisurely rides on your local trail and taming the roughest singletrack you'll find anywhere.
