For bikes:
We accept Click-and-Collect returns through our retail partner where the bike was picked up within 14 days of purchase. Returns must meet the following conditions and go through the process as indicated:
- Bike must be NEW or UNUSED condition; bike cannot have been ridden more than just a test ride in parking lot of retailer. Bike cannot have any damage, scratches or other blemishes.
- Bike can be either still in-box or assembled by the dealer.
For Parts, accessories and Apparel:
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Returns must meet the following conditions and go through the process as indicated:
- Parts must remain into its original packaging
- Apparel must be unworn, unused and unwashed and in the original packaging
Here is the procedure to follow to return a product for free:
- Please note, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to make your return request and return the products to us.
- Once you have completed your return request, you will be assigned a return number, which will also be confirmed by email. The status of your return will be pending, you can view all your returns in your customer account.
- Once your request is approved, our customer service team will send you a prepaid return label and you will need to return the product (s). The order must be returned within 30 days from the day of receipt of your order. You have nothing to pay.
- Upon receipt of your return, we will refund the amount of the product (s) returned. You will be reimbursed according to the same method of payment chosen when ordering.
